In this holistic approach, each session unfolds in three distinctive parts, guiding you towards a deeper understanding of your challenges and facilitating a harmonious integration of mind, body and soul.
Part 1 - Shared Exploration: The journey begins with an open and supportive conversation. Together, we delve into your emotional, physical and/or situational challenges. This initial dialogue sets the foundation for a personalized and empathetic approach. By exploring your experiences, we aim to identify areas that may benefit from therapeutic attention.
Part 2 - Deep Emotional Listening: Now it's time to calm your mind throughout a specific Thetahealing technique and connect more with your subconscious, engaging in deep listening to your emotions. Starting from the body, this intentional focus on the emotional enables a profound exploration of feelings and sensations and allow us to liberate complex sensations that have no use for you anymore.
Part 3 - Tailored Movement Sequence: Building on the insights gained from our first two steps, we move into a customized sequence of movements. These gentle gestures will play an important role in restoring balance and releasing tension, not only during the session but also as tools to integrate into your daily routine. They aid in maintaining a deeper connection to the journey even after the session concludes.

Alessa is a holistic therapist, retreat creator, yoga and meditation teacher with roots from a indigenous family from South America.
With over six years of experience, she guides her clients through a deep dive into their emotions, fostering self-awareness and transformation.
Having lived in India and the Philippines for 3 years, she has developed a sensitive and empathetic approach. Her work helps individuals unlock their potential, cultivating a more balanced, authentic life with less stress and anxiety.
